Our core team
Laura Flores
Laura leads the Economic Development and Gender Equity practices. She is Mexican and Costa Rican, she has more than 15 years of professional experience, both in consulting and holding executive positions in private companies, international organizations and public sector institutions in the areas of strategy, general management and project management.
She is an Industrial Engineer by training, holds an MBA with an emphasis in Economics and Sustainable Development from INCAE Business School. Laura is also an executive coach, she has specialized in coaching teams and for women in public management, having had among her clients ministers of state and general directors of public institutions.
Miguel Macías
Miguel leads the Industrial Relations and Labor Studies practices. He has more than 20 years of experience, in both executive positions in the areas of Human Resources and Labor Relations as well as providing specialized consulting in Human Resources, Decent Work and the development of public policies in labor matters.
He has a degree in Industrial Relations and has an MBA with an emphasis in Sustainable Development from INCAE Business School and a Master’s Degree in Strategic Management of Human Capital from the Anahuac University. He has specialized in the intersection between human resource management in organizations and employment public policies, particularly in the areas of labor migration and just transition
Priscila Solano
Priscila leads the Functional Diversity practice. She has more than 25 years of professional experience, both in consulting and holding positions in international organizations and public sector institutions in the areas of inclusion of people with disabilities, gender, and public health.
She is a lawyer by training and holds a Master’s degree in Public Health from Georgetown University and a Doctorate in Law from the Escuela Libre de Derecho in Costa Rica, she is also an executive coach from INCAE Business School, she has specialized in public policies, diversity and inclusion strategies, political participation and economic empowerment.
Isselle Medrano
Borned and raised in theA Dominican national, Isselle has dedicated her career to consulting on cooperation projects with an emphasis on Business and Human Rights.
She has a degree in International Relations with major in International Economics from the Anahuac University. She has specialized in qualitative research, particularly in the areas of labor migration, gender and just transition.
